Wills

Your Will is probably one of the most important documents you’ll ever write so it needs to be done properly. Especially as the laws around tax and succession are becoming increasingly more complicated. We can help make sure you have a properly drafted Will which will remain valid for years to come.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

An LPA is a legal document used in your lifetime, typically when you can’t make decisions for yourself. It grants power to people you trust to be able to make decisions for you in your best interests. There are two types; one governing your health and welfare, and one governing your property and financial affairs. You can pick one or the other or have both. To be used, they need to be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian.

Trusts

Trusts are like a safety deposit box in which we can put assets to keep them safe. There are lots of different types of trusts and we take care to ensure that if a client needs one, they understand what it does and how. A quick example is a Home Protection Trust which helps to protect your home to ensure it can be passed down to your children.
